Big Sister Jankowicz Uncensored

WASHINGTON, D.C. – In a Dean Riffs exclusive, Homeland Security’s Disinformation Governance Board Director Nina Jankowicz took a break from making Tik Tok videos to discuss the role of the newly minted free speech police and her plans to ferret out disinformation believed harmful to democracy.

Question: Is there any difference between “disinformation” and “misinformation,” and if so, what is it?

Answer: Certainly. Disinformation is an intentional act to spread false information, whereas misinformation is the distribution of false information, but not necessarily on purpose. All disinformation is misinformation, but not all misinformation is disinformation.

Question: Why not call the new board the Disinformation and Misinformation Governance Board or create a separate Misinformation Governance Board to police unintentional disinformation so as not to confuse it with the policing of intentional disinformation?

Answer: That would be somewhat redundant and confusing to voters, though it would help create more government jobs. I’ll take that under advisement.

Question: Were your tweets about Hunter Biden’s laptop “disinformation” or “misinformation” since those allegations have proven to be true?

Answer: Neither. The story about Hunter Biden’s laptop could be considered misinformation because I didn’t know the allegations were true when tweeting that it was Russian disinformation. In this case, however, it wasn’t misinformation because my intentions were pure, and the Republicans lie about everything.

Question: Then the stories about Hunter Biden’s laptop are true?

Answer: It’s not in my purview to assess whether the allegations are true or not. My responsibility is to monitor online reporting and stories that question what the Disinformation Governance Board says is true.

Question: There are countless stories online that aren’t factually true but are widely circulated and retweeted. For instance, your tweets castigating those questioning the Covid lockdowns and the efficacy of the vaccines could be considered censorship and bullying in many circles.

Answer: (Snort) That’s the kind of disinformation our agency will investigate! There are lots of rumors and fabrications about Covid, the vaccines and questioning the necessity of the lockdowns and masking that need to be shut down because they confuse people about trusting experts like the CDC and Lord Fau.., I mean, Dr. Fauci.

Question: Some say the purpose of the Disinformation Governance Board is to quash free speech and political opinions the administration disagrees with?

Answer: See, that in itself is untrue! Our role is to root out hate speech and political dissent that can harm democracy. You know, like what you hear at a Trump rally.

Question: And hate speech is defined as…?

Answer: Hate speech is speech that divides Americans and pits us against one another. United we stand, divided we yada, yada, yada. We’re better than that as a country, and we’re going to make sure of that by shaming the haters and censoring them in the public square.

Question: You have zero concern then about violating the First Amendment rights of free speech to all Americans?

Answer: Of course not! People can say whatever they want, whenever they want, wherever they want. The Disinformation Governance Board merely serves as a filter not unlike a water filtration system that removes impurities and harmful substances that can infect the whole organism. Only Donald Trump and those supporting dirty water oppose our mission.

Question: We have to ask. What’s with the Mary Poppins act?

Answer: I need to wrap up this interview now to launch a disinformation investigation of Dean Riffs, but let me close with this:

Information laundering is really quite ferocious, it’s when a huckster takes some lies and makes them sound precocious, disinformation’s origins are slightly less atrocious, the Disinformation Governanace Board is supercalifragilisticexpialidocious!

Worse President Ever?

Stupidity and stubbornness are bad character traits, more so if you are the President of the United States. Add senility and shortsightedness and you’ve got Joe Biden in a scrambled nutshell.

Joe Biden is the gift that keeps on giving – especially if you are Vladmir Putin, Biden benefactor President Xi and any number of other totalitarian crackpots around the globe, including the boy band reject in the Great White North, Justin Truedope.

Biden has done so much damage in so little time, he’s like the mayhem guy on the Allstate commercials. Unfortunately, all of America is suffering the consequences of President Mayhem’s leadership, or lack thereof.

Just when you think Hidin’ Biden’s poll numbers can’t go lower, he manages to shock and awe us all with levels of ineptitude and incompetent blunders felt around the world.

Ukraine is a recent tragic example, but lest we forget, there was shuttering the Keystone Pipeline his first day in office, the Afghanistan debacle where hundreds of Americans were abandoned and 13 service members killed, and his Build Back Buffoon plan that was so bad key Democrats wouldn’t support it.

And that’s not even counting the ongoing scourge of Bidenflation, the neutering of the military with CRT brainwashing and forced vaccinations and holding the entire country hostage under senseless Covid mandates while forcing school children to wear face diapers all day when children are the least susceptible to the Wuhan Flu.

And today President Xibiden announced his Supreme Court choice based on the same racist criteria used to select his vapid Vice-President, Comma-la Harris: a nominee who’s black, female and despises America First values.

If Ketanji Brown Jackson brings the same level of intelligence and energy to the Supreme Court as VP Harris, the country can look forward to lots of word salad oral arguments and blind indifference to the Constitution minus the maniacal cackle.

In just one year Amtrak Joe has managed to nudge out James Buchanan and Jimmy Carter as arguably our worst president, though many political watchers credit Barack Obama for helping Biden attain that status. Reportedly, the two talk daily over the phone and Obama dispenses the pearls of wisdom he gathered over two terms politicizing every branch of the federal government and weaponizing various intelligence agencies against their opposition.

Biden’s first term is like an Obama third term but without Barack having to actually do anything. Meanwhile, we have three more years of the Delaware Dummy and his gang that can’t shoot straight.

Buckle up, America; we are in for a very bumpy ride.

Ten Fearless Predictions for 2022

It wouldn’t be a new year without New Year’s resolutions, but because our new puppy ate my resolutions New Year’s Eve, here are 10 bold predictions for 2022.

1. Alexandria Obsessively Compulsive, or AOC, tweets something stupid then doubles down on her stupid tweet with an even stupider comment about her stupid tweet. The Queen of “The Squad” got a head start on our 2022 prediction Dec 31 by accusing Republicans of being “creepy weirdos” obsessed with her and “sexually frustrated” because they couldn’t date her.

We’d expect nothing less from the former bartender turned Congressperson than to sexually fantasize about herself with Republicans.

2. Dr. Anthony Fauci, aka Frankenfauci, suggests we could cure Covid by jabbing babies in the birth canal with experimental mRNA gene therapy drugs. Any mother, aka birthing person to the mentally deranged, refusing the experimental therapy would be held prisoner by the CDC and forced to listen to looping Anthony Fauci interviews and watching endless clips of his opening day pitch for the Washington Nationals.

3. Former President Barack Hussein Obama accepts a $10 million advance from the For Dummies books publisher to write a book on “How to Write Memoirs” sequels. The former president will also announce plans to release four more autobiographies before the 2024 election once he verifies his sources.

4. The LGBTQ community releases evidence they say proves Noah loaded multiple genders of animals on the ark. Spoiler alert: the guardians of gender pronouns community says the rainbow described in Genesis following The Great Flood is proof that Noah’s family were early LGBTQ supporters.

5. Merrian-Webster will publish a new dictionary of Biden terms and Rosetta Stone will release a beta version of Biden-speak sometime this spring.

6. Black Lives Matter launches segregated public schools for people of color because they say desegregated schools are infested with white supremacists. The two or three actual white supremacists that exist applaud the move.

7. The women of The View on ABC will announce they are banning all guests not fully vaccinated. Initially it won’t be clear if they meant vaccinated for Covid or for Joy Reid’s moronic opinions.

8. Joint Chief Chairman Mark Milley will denounce his own white supremacy and recommend Jussie Smollett as his replacement.

9. American Federation of Teachers President Randi Weingarten will admit her support of Critical Race Theory and Black Lives Matter literature in school curriculums is largely because she’s always been bad at math and PE class.

10. CNN and Hunter Biden will announce plans to cosponsor private intervention sessions for teens and pre-adolescents confused about their sexuality and gender pronouns. The name of their program will be Bigger Brother.

BONUS PREDICTIONS:

Vice-President Kamala Harris learns the root cause why millions of illegals are invading America: It’s because America is a racist, homophobic, xenophobic country which offers lots of free stuff for those breaking the laws to move here.

Shoe manufacturer Crocs announces a new line of footwear in 2022: the Fauci Flip-Flops.

A Little Jab Will Do You – Or Will It?

Back in the 1950’s Brylcreem ran an advertising campaign for their men’s hair product with the slogan, ” A little dab’ll do ya.” Seventy years later the CDC has unwittingly repurposed that theme while encouraging COVID vaccinations: “A little jab’ll do ya.”

But will it? Depends on whom you ask.

Q: Will the Pfizer, Moderna or Johnson and Johnson vaccines protect you from catching COVID?

A: No, but President Biden and Anthony Fauci say you should get the jab so America can bend the curve or get back to normal or something.

Q: Will the jab keep you from transmitting COVID?

A: No, and questioning the efficacy of the jab may mean you’re a white Christian nationalist mouth breather. If you ask why the thousands of illegals coming in through the southern border aren’t required to be vaccinated, you may be a white Christian nationalist xenophobe.

Q: Once jabbed, can you quit wearing a mask and no longer worry about social distancing?

A: No, because you can still catch COVID and infect others, you selfish jerk! Fun fact: did you know that if you get the jab and die within 14 days, your medical record will list you as “unvaccinated?”

Q: So why get the experimental gene therapy jab?

A: If you do catch COVID it minimizes the symptoms and will probably keep you out of the hospital, though the chances of needing hospitalization are minimal anyway unless you are obese, have one or more co-morbidities and someone in hospital administration hears you have a cough.

Q: Is it true many hospitals are currently overrun with COVID cases?

A: No. Whistleblowers are providing evidence and leaked Zoom calls from hospital marketing meetings show that like many things with this scamdemic, hospitals being overrun with COVID emergencies isn’t true.

Q: Are most doctors and nurses getting the jab?

No. Many nurses have quit their jobs when being forced to undergo the jab and over 860,000 doctors worldwide have signed the Great Barrington Declaration recommending focused protection for the most vulnerable rather than mass vaccinations of an experimental gene therapy for everyone.

Q: Is the jab safe?

A: Not if you believe the self-reporting VAERS database the CDC uses. One NYC doctor says VAERS is grossly undercounting the number of deaths and significant side effects caused by the jab.

Q: Will a jab of the CDC’s magic elixir protect you against different variants of COVID?

A: No. The vaccine is only effective against the original variant of COVID, and is reportedly only good for 5-6 months. Kind of like taking a flu vaccine left over from two or three years ago. It might work…?

Q: Are there any other benefits to getting the jab other than it minimizes symptoms from the original COVID virus?

A: You can go places that require proof of being jabbed like restaurants, concerts, health clubs and football stadiums. Oh, you also get a cool card identifying you as a “vaccinated” person and the privilege of unlimited virtue signaling if that’s your thing.

Q: Let’s see if we understand what we’re being told. Even if you’ve had COVID, you’re being asked to take the jab to presumably protect others and eliminate the pandemic, though you can still get sick and transmit the virus?

A: Yes. The question we all need to ask is why are health bureaucrats like Tony Fauci and our elected leaders pleading/insisting/demanding/mandating/shaming everyone to take an experimental gene therapy that doesn’t provide immunity, doesn’t prevent transmission, works only on the original COVID variant, and doesn’t last more than a few months?

Fauci has warned for weeks its probable another, more dangerous variant may be on the horizon. If we don’t stand up as a united people, defy the medical tyranny of the past 19 months and reclaim our freedom as individuals, Dr. Gloom may be right about a dangerous new variant.

Trump Was Impeached for Far Less

Who knew that when Joe Biden said, “America is Back” he was referring to a show-and-tell where he turns his back on the world while America and Afghanistan burn.

If political disasters were measured on the Richter scale, Biden’s last 10 days would measure a 14.0.

To think Nancy Botoxi and the Democrats impeached Trump twice over a legitimate phone call with the Ukrainian president and a riot at the Capitol instigated in large part by militia leadership working with the FBI.

With a southern border featuring a tsunami of humanity, many of whom are infected with the Fauci pandemic, inflation that reminds us of Georgia peanuts and gas lines, and a military exit that makes Custer’s Last Stand look like World War II’s VE-Day, just what does Joseph Robinette Biden, Jr. have to do to be impeached by Congress?

The number of abandoned Americans stuck in Biden’s Gaffeinistan as “guests’ of the Taliban ranges anywhere from 15,000 to 45,000, depending upon whom you ask in the competent-challenged administration. Obama 2.0 is staffed largely by Obama flunkies and suffice it to say their math abilities and geopolitics expertise hasn’t improved under President Word Salad.

Secretary of State Antony Blinken is second only to his boss in the stupid things he says. Sunday he said we needed to ask the Taliban for permission to evacuate Americans from Kabul. Earlier in the weekend he said the best way to get Americans out would be for them to find their own way to the Taliban-surrounded airport, even while there are multiple reports of Americans with passports trying that being beaten at Taliban checkpoints.

And lest we forget, Blinken has also admitted that he ignored warnings received in mid-July from intelligence agencies and his own State Department that a Taliban takeover would occur sooner rather than later.

But with all things Team Biden, there’s plenty of blame to go around. Blinken’s naivete doesn’t excuse a military led by losers like Secretary of Defense Lloyd Austin and Joint Chiefs Chairman Mark Milley, the former who earlier this year put the military on a 60-day stand down to pursue white supremacists in the ranks, and the latter who who goes to sleep at night spooning books about Critical Race Theory.

In a Sunday 4 p.m. press conference intended to update us on his Afghan disaster and an East Coast tropical storm, Xibiden slurred, stuttered and tongue slalomed absurd comments about the importance of storm victims getting vaccinated for COVID. He ignored questions about the ongoing threat of desperate Americans trapped in Bidenistan because that was like four or five days ago.

If this debacle had happened under Trump the Democrats would have already voted to impeach him a third time. Instead, Nancy Pelositon spent the weekend hosting a Democrat fundraiser in Napa Valley and Cryin’ Chuck Schumer was seen dancing with Stephen Colbert in NYC. Meanwhile, Vice President Comma-la Harris flew halfway across the world to Singapore and Vietnam to discuss regional security issues.

Like this administration understands anything about security issues and protecting America’s interests.

Impeachment? Heck, Amtrak Joe hasn’t even fired anyone for what many are calling the largest military blunder in American history. Eighty-three billion dollars worth of helicopters, attack planes, Humvees, guns, ammunition and uniforms abandoned to the terrorists to just scoop up like piñata candy. The piñata is America’s reputation and taxpayers.

But look, the grateful Taliban even sent us a thoughtful postcard doing a historic re-enactment of our victory at Iwo Jima. C’mon man, wasn’t that nice?

God bless and protect our American and Afghan allies trapped behind enemy lines and forced to confront the Taliban on their own. Only God knows if there is anyone in this administration willing, competent and able to lift a hand to help, but don’t bet on it.

This Talk is Just What the Doctor Ordered

Talk about speaking truth to power! Dr. Daniel Stock is an Indiana family physician who shared his professional expertise at a community school board meeting August 6.

Dr. Stock’s eye-popping comments about Covid recommendations issued by the CDC, the National Institutes of Health (NIH) and the Indiana Department of Health quickly went “viral.”

The gist of Dr. Stock’s illuminating comments were this: Every recommendation by the CDC, the NIH and the state board of health is contrary to all the rules of science.

Even worse, our government “betters” like Dr. Anthony Fauci and Dr. Rochelle Walensky, are ignoring their organizations’ own scientific evidence to promote counter-factual treatments.

Stock came armed with more than commonsense and 30-plus years of medical experience. He also provided documents to the Mt. Vernon Community Schools board on a flash drive containing links to 22 formal studies pertaining to Covid treatment.

The documents included documentation on the success of treating Covid with prophylactics like hydrochloroquine, Ivermectin, zinc and Vitamin-D, the effectiveness of masks in combatting the spread of Covid (they’re not), Covid breakthrough infections in fully vaccinated health care workers, etc.

Also included on Stock’s flash drive were links to the Great Barrington Declaration, a treatise signed by over 850,000 physicians worldwide calling for Focused Protection to protect from Covid rather than draconian worldwide lockdowns and experimental vaccines, and a Heritage Foundation study showing how mask mandates and lockdowns don’t decrease Covid case rates.

Other pertinent takeaways from Dr. Stock’s electrifying 7-minute comments:

  • Covid is here to stay like the common cold and influenza so masks and lockdowns are ineffective.
  • People who have had Covid should not get the experimental gene therapy vaccination because there is no benefit and they could experience 2-times to 4-times the side effects of those that haven’t had Covid but take the experimental vaccination.
  • Covid can’t be treated with a vaccine like polio or mumps because it contains animal reservoirs not found in earlier diseases. Translation: Covid doesn’t care if everyone in America is vaccinated or not.
  • The experimental gene therapy vaccination is responsible for the increase of Covid cases this summer because the vaccinated are infecting the unvaccinated – just the opposite of what government health agencies and the mainstream media are reporting when encouraging the non-vaccinated to get the jab.
  • The experimental gene therapy vaccination is counterproductive and can cause antibody-mediated viral enhancement, a condition where a vaccine makes the virus worse than it would have been with native infection and herd immunity.

NOTE: Attention military service members and pro athletes: the experimental gene therapy vaccination can be especially problematic to those 30 and younger but the Department of Defense and NFL are mandating it anyway. (August 11th the CDC was recommending pregnant women be vaccinated.)

The question on the table is why are the CDC, NIH and public health bureaucrats telling us to follow the science fiction and doctoring up counter-factual data? Knowing why would be just what the doctor ordered. Until then I prescribe getting medical information from doctors in the trenches rather than government spin doctors pushing an unknown and suspicious agenda.

The False Promise of Critical Race Theory

Critical Race Theory is like a Las Vegas card game where the louse in the house always wins.

Consider skin color since that seems to be more important to CRT proponents than the content of one’s character.

CRT demands whites apologize for their lack of melanin or else be seen as racist. Apologize and you’re still considered racist, but a racist who’s demonstrated a willingness to be manipulated by woke folk.

Critical Race Theory is a spinoff of critical theory created at The Frankfurt School in Frankfurt, Germany in 1937. CRT is just one of many postmodern theories aiming to reshape society by attacking commonsense and tradition. Others include “political correctness,” “social justice,” “feminism and gender studies,” “black studies,” “postcolonial theory” and “identity politics.”

What all postmodern theories have in common is rendering objective reasoning and truth meaningless. If an athletic black dude decides he’s really a woman trapped in a man’s body, it’s incumbent on society to accept xis delusion and let him compete against girls or be labeled with the scarlet “T” – transphobic.

Postmodernists believe that objectivity is a myth and all worldviews are equally valid. Pfft! If they really believed that all views are valid, why do they attack Judeo-Christian values and diss American history? All views are valid, right?

Aside from stepping on the rake of their own linguistic nonsense, think about this: CRT and other postmodern theories can’t offer real solutions in today’s world because according to them objective truth doesn’t exist. All they can offer is criticism and accusations against those they seek to dominate.

CRT proponents didn’t build America. They’ve never built anything. All CRT can do is deface, denigrate and divide.

The Bible says we’re all made in God’s image – black, brown, red, yellow and white. CRT theory say that whites by their very color and ogre personalities are oppressive by nature. It’s as if whites frolicked naked and carefree in the Garden of Eden while eating the forbidden apple and gave all other races the common core and itchy animal skins.

To progressives “white privilege” is a real thing like Joe Biden getting 81 million votes and Orange Man Bad deserving life in prison because he sent mean tweets.

All people have fallen from God’s grace and need His redemption. Progressives would have us believe being white is especially sinful and un-redemptive because some white guys 245 years ago formed a government they said was designed to be representative of all the people, but because that didn’t happen as fast as progressives say it should have we need to blow the whole thing up – our history, capitalism, the freedom to worship – the whole enchilada.

Funny, but progressives never consider that the system the founders created is working as intended today because minorities with more melanin have the same rights as their so-called white oppressors.

It’s bemusing that progressives and groups like Antifa consider conservatives fascists, yet it’s their side that demands group conformity or else they will cancel you faster than Jen Psaki can circle back. Progressives are the ones marching in lockstep yelling groupthink slogans, yet they decry those who support freedom of speech and individual liberty as Nazis.

If progressives didn’t have double standards, they wouldn’t have any standards at all.

Critical Race Theory is a Marxist Fantasy

CNN subjective news anchor Don Lemon thinks parents opposing the teaching of Critical Race Theory to their children need to stop making it about themselves and to be curious, not judgmental.

g

Ilhan Omar, the anti-Semitic representative Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi and other prominent Dems don’t have the courage to kick off committees because the color of her skin is more important than her lack of character, says CRT isn’t even being taught in schools and is a “false narrative” pushed by Republicans.

Admiral Michael M. Gilday, the chief of naval operations, placed CRT author/activist Ibram X. Kendi’s book “How to Be an Anti-Racist,” on a recommended reading list for U.S. sailors because he believes “racism is in the United States Navy.”

Conservative groups and parents pushing back against the intellectually illiterate theory that all whites are oppressors and all other skin tones in God’s Crayola box of skin pigmentation are oppressed must be right over the target because anti-racist virtue signalers like Lemon, Omar and Gilday won’t shut their pie holes about the pushback against CRT.

Mr. Lemon – there’s nothing more appreciated than parenting advice from someone who has never parented and who doesn’t know the difference between news and opinion. What’s worse, your opinions are almost always wrong, like Trump being “racist-adjacent,” so we’ll just file this latest Lemon opinion where it belongs – in the woke waste can of wussy wisdom.

Rep Omar – you’re wrong about America being systemically racist but I will agree with you that America has a systemic problem – let’s call it “systemic stupidity.” Systemic stupidity has reached epidemic proportions in our country, thanks to you and your ilk.

Critical Race Theory is most certainly being taught in America’s schools, but what students really need to be taught is critical thinking, American exceptionalism and respect for our Judeo-Christian heritage. When that happens, people like you will be exposed as the charlatans and anti-American hatemongers you are.

Admiral Gilday – attention, swabby! Space Force Lt Col Matthew Lohmeier has warned us in his excellent book Irresistible Revolution how quickly wokeness and political correctness is infecting our military institutions and service ranks courtesy of anti-racism racists like yourself.

In a recent congressional hearing asking why you recommended Kendi’s book that opposes interracial adoption and capitalism, you said, “I would have to understand the context of statements made. I’m not going to cherry-pick quotes from somebody’s book.”

At least you are consistent with the whole “cherry picking” thing. On the contrary, you use a very broad brush when portraying the entire Caucasian race as oppressors and racists based on nothing more than Caucasians’ lack of melanin. Maybe CRT should be renamed Critical White Race Theory?

This shameless lack of commonsense and illogical reasoning is why millions of Americans oppose the teaching of CRT, the ridiculous “1619” theory espoused by Nikole Hannah-Jones and the New York Times, and the blatant lie that our founding documents were designed to oppress and suppress individual liberty and economic freedom for people of a darker hue.

The political left’s embrace and obsession with CRT shows how bat guano loco they have become since XiJoe and Giggles have been in charge.

Irresistible Revolution – Book Review

Type: Non-fiction

Category: Military Policy

Author: Matthew Lohmeier

Pages: 230

Publisher: Self-Published

List Price: (Paperback) $17.95

Matthew Lohmeier was never interested in writing a book. He still isn’t.

So how did his book become #1 on Amazon three days after he was relieved of his command as Space Force Lt. Col. Commander at Buckley Air Force Base in Colorado?

In a nutshell:

1. In May Lohmeier released Irresistible Revolution, a self-published book warning about the dangers of Marxism in the military.
2. On May 14th he was relieved of his duties as commander of the 11th Space Warning Squadron and accused of “prohibited partisan activity” in promoting his book on a podcast.
3. Three days later Lohmeier’s book was #1 on Amazon, who couldn’t keep the book in stock, and it remains a best seller at the time of this writing with an average 5-star review on both Amazon and Barnes & Noble.

The irony is Lohmeier’s “cancellation” was due to exactly what he warns about in his book – the mass psychosis of Critical Race Theory, the psychological shipwreck of identity politics and the wokeification of the military.

Lohmeier is a modern-day Paul Revere. Unlike citizen Revere though, Lohmeier has taken a huge chance with his military career.

In publishing his bold book that asserts how Marxism is embedded in our military institutions, he shows chapter and verse how critical race theory and Black Lives Matter propaganda is methodically creating division and distrust among the rank and file.

Lohmeier knows what is at stake and how critical it is to share what he’s seen firsthand. Like Revere, he is warning citizens far and wide of impending danger, but rather than incoming redcoats the danger he’s writing about is a different shade of red, namely Marxist red.

Irresistible Revolution consists of seven chapters divided into three parts: The Greatness of the American Ideal, Marxism’s Goal of Conquest, and Unmaking America’s Military.

In Chapter 1 the gutsy active duty Lt. Col. who graduated from the Air Force Academy in 2006 lays out how progressives are looking to infect America from within by transforming American history. One need look no further than the nightly evening news and the footage of furious mothers castigating school boards about their children being subjected to Critical Race Theory and the revisionist history of the 1619 Project to grasp the author’s thesis.

This same divisive drivel is also being taught at military institutions and bases nationwide and is making group of soldiers suspicious of one another based solely on their racial identities. “As servicemembers, you are left to choose whether you believe in the greatness of the American Ideal, or a Marxist delusion,” he writes.

Chapter 2 includes an excellent discussion on America’s Founding philosophy, ranging from the Declaration of Independence, to Abraham Lincoln’s entreaty for the Southern states to come back, to Calvin Coolidge’s defense of the Declaration when proponents of the decade-old Communist Party USA argued for a more modern form of government in the 1920’s.

“If all men are created equal, that is final. If they are endowed with inalienable rights, that is final. If governments derive their just powers from the consent of the governed, that is final. No advance, no progress can be made beyond these propositions,” Coolidge said in a Philadelphia speech commemorating the 150th anniversary of the Declaration of Independence.

“If anyone wishes to deny their truth or their soundness, the only direction in which he can proceed historically is not forward, but backward toward the time when there was no equality, no rights of the individual, no rule of the people. Those who wish to proceed in that direction can not lay claim to progress. They are reactionary. Their ideas are not more modern, but more ancient, than those of the Revolutionary fathers,” the author quotes Coolidge as sharing that day.

Lohmeier sketches a comprehensive chronological history of Marxism in Chapters 3-5 and cites his reason for doing so: “…the ideological insistence that because one group of people is privileged it is necessarily a class of oppressors, and is therefore evil, all-too-naturally becomes justification for violence against that group,” Lohmeier writes in Chapter 4.

“Such a twisted view of humanity allows the practitioners of Marxism to harbor a victim mentality, and to point the finger at other citizens and blame them for life’s difficulties,” he concludes.

Chapter 5 shows us the many different faces of Marxism with the Marxist-inspired BLM front and center. BLM is one piece of a multifaceted Marxist puzzle designed to divide and antagonize different racial groups, and to their credit BLM has done a masterful job of making communistic principles popular, beginning with the choice of their name.

“‘Black lives matter’ is an irresistible slogan, and it was intentionally designed to be such. Because the slogan is irresistible, revolutionaries weaponize it to their advantage, shaming others who are not willing to bow down and apologize for their privilege or utter compelled phrases under the threat of violence,” Lohmeier writes.

Lohmeier notes at the conclusion of Chapter 5 that while military servicemembers have a legal obligation to remain apolitical, “Servicemembers are allowed to support the BLM movement. They are not, however, allowed to criticize it.”

Chapter 6 (The New American Military Culture) consists of personal anecdotes from the author, including exit interviews Lohmeier conducted illustrating why many experienced servicemembers are leaving the military in droves amid identity politics and DefSec Lloyd Austin’s Salem-esque witch hunt for “extremists.”

The sober-titled The Wrath to Come final chapter includes an illuminating transcript from Tucker Carlson’s January 19, 2021 broadcast about the left’s increasingly dangerous rhetoric towards conservatives. “I recognized that kind of rhetoric,” Lohmeier writes. “It was the ideologically possessed rhetoric of genocide.”

Lohmeier suggests stemming the incoming tide of Marxism is up to all of us, advising us to educate ourselves and “choose to be the kind of citizen that allows civil society to flourish.” He encourages us to avoid anger and violence, be courageous, pay attention, speak up and “help others see that lies and stereotypes based on sex, race, and other demographics only further divide the country.”

A chilling and sobering read, Lohmeier deserves a medal for courage in writing this vitally important book. If you read one work this year about the dangers of Critical Race Theory, identity politics and Marxist ideology, you won’t do better than Irresistible Revolution.

On May 14th President Joe Biden revoked that executive order to satisfy a political base that doesn’t believe in American exceptionalism or tradition – and presumably because Orange Man Bad suggested it.

Trump’s national Garden of Heroes may not have survived the politically correct weed whacking by recalcitrant wokesters, but readers of Sohrab Ahmari’s The Unbroken Thread – Discovering the Wisdom of Tradition in an Age of Chaos have been tossed a lifeline thread of wisdom in a literary garden blooming with hope and wisdom.

The op-ed editor of the New York Post, Ahmari’s concern for America’s current narcissistic culture pulses on every page of his bestselling book. Written in part for his toddler son, the Iranian-born author and former Muslim-turned-atheist-turned-Roman Catholic explores 12 existential questions about life that mankind has wrestled with since before the time of Christ.

While today’s woke Americans trash American history and Western Civilization by toppling statues, babbling incessantly about critical life theory and gender constructs, The Unbroken Thread taps into the wisdom of historic figures like Aristotle, Russian dissident Alexander Solzhenitsyn and Catholic saint Maximilian Kolbe for genuine answers to the true meaning of life, fulfillment and wisdom.

Parenthood and Christianity

When he was younger the author admittedly thought differently than he does today as a Christian convert and father. When his parents legally immigrated to the United States when he was 13, the teenager dove headfirst into the freedom of expression and thought his new country offered.

“Once I immigrated to the United States, I reveled in the chance to remake myself anew each day. My moral opinions were as interchangeable as my clothing styles and musical tastes. I could pick up and drop this ideology or that,” he writes in the Introduction. “I could be a high school “goth,” a college socialist, a law school neoconservative. I could dabble in drugs and build an identity around my dabbling.”

But after marrying his Chinese architect wife and becoming a parent, Ahmari said he found much of the West’s secularism lacking and empty.

“But what if that confidence of the modern world is an illusion, the product of a determined resolution not to confront the fundamental dilemmas of what it means to be fully human? Or what if beneath the moderns’ complacency lurks a deep soul-soreness?” he writes.

History’s Movers and Shakers

In 12 provocative chapters, Ahmari poses questions that he says modernists should be able to answer, questions like the scope and nature of reason; mankind’s responsibility to the past and future; how and what we worship; how we relate to each other, to our bodies, and to suffering and death.

The book is split evenly between two parts: The Things of God, and the Things of Mankind. Interwoven within the 12 biographies and the philosophical challenges faced by history’s intellectual heavyweights are anecdotes and observations from Ahmari’s personal experiences as a Catholic convert and new parent worried about his son’s future.

In Part 1, Ahmari provides fascinating portrayals of Christian apologist C.S. Lewis, Thomas Aquinas, Rabbi Abraham Joshua Heschel, husband and wife sociologists Vic and Edie Turner, black theologian, author and civil rights leader Howard Thurman and Saint Augustine.

Part II and The Things of Mankind offers an interesting palette of biographies of Confucius, Britain’s Father John Henry Newman, Alexander Solzhenitsyn, the late feminist Andrea Dworkin, German philosopher Hans Jonas and the Roman philosopher Seneca.

In each portrayal, Ahmari provides compelling snapshots of his subject’s lives, warts and all. He shares how each chapter’s subject dealt with the book’s theme regarding the wisdom of committing to faith and serving others, juxtaposing their experiences with the same challenges confronting today’s selfies-obsessed, hedonistic culture.

Does God Respect You?

In Chapter 5’s Does God Respect You, the author peels away the prejudice and discrimination experienced by black theologian Howard Thurman in early 1900’s Daytona Beach. Using a pleasing narrative style sprinkled with fascinating details, Ahmari writes how Thurman used his Christian faith and powerful intellect to rebut a Hindu nationalist in Sri Lanka in 1935. The Sri Lankan intimated Thurman was a traitor to darker people because his Christian religion was used to discriminate against blacks in Thurman’s homeland.

“Jesus rejected hatred. It was not because he lacked the vitality or the strength. It was not because he lacked the incentive. Jesus rejected hatred because he saw that hatred meant death to the mind, death to the spirit, death to communion with his Father. He affirmed life; and hatred was the great denial,” Thurman wrote in his Christian classic, “Jesus and the Disinherited” describing his reasoning at the time.

Ahmari explained Thurman’s insight this way: “Fear, hypocrisy and hate are powerless before the Christ event – before the infinite Lord who bears the indignity of the finite, so that the finite might be raised to his infinite Lordship,” Ahmari wrote.

The author’s profile on the Catholic bishop Augustine (Chapter 6 – Does God Need Politics), illustrates how the revered saint tried the individualist philosophy as a successful teacher in Milan, Italy, before coming to the same personal realization that millions have encountered over their lifetimes; namely, “What does it profit a man to gain the whole world, yet forfeit his soul.” (Mark 8:36)

That spiritual insight and Augstine’s frequent discussions with pagan Romans about their failure to honor God led to his classic tale The City of God. In that book Augustine portrays “the entirety of human history as a tale of two cities: the earthly city, which sought its highest good in this world, and the city of God, which sought it in the next.”

Is Sex a Private Matter?

Not all the profiles Ahmari shares involve religious leaders, such as Chapter 10’s Is Sex a Private Matter? In this chapter Ahmari explores sexual schizophrenia, feminist Andrea Dworkin’s “ferocious” views on the subject, and while her views on pornography and the innate depravity of men as a gender were arguably correct, her refusal to embrace traditional views of male-female relations left her theory muddled and bleak and men without any hope of redemption.

It’s not every author that has the courage to tackle deeply penetrating questions concerning the societal cost of maximizing personal freedom, the difference between liberty and license, and whether the opportunity of freedom without limits is worth it.

America’s Founding Fathers understood the concept that freedom without faith isn’t really freedom, or as James Madison said, our Constitution requires “sufficient virtue among men for self-government,” otherwise, “nothing less than the chains of despotism can restrain them from destroying and devouring one another.”

You might say freedom today as we’ve traditionally known it hangs by a thread, but as Sohrab Ahmari has eloquently shown in his unique book, that thread remains unbroken if we demonstrate the wisdom of honoring tradition.
