{"id":4784,"date":"2019-11-15T16:07:22","date_gmt":"2019-11-15T21:07:22","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.deanriffs.com\/?p=4784"},"modified":"2019-11-18T10:20:41","modified_gmt":"2019-11-18T15:20:41","slug":"schiff-sham-show-and-witless-witnesses","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.deanriffs.com\/index.php\/2019\/11\/15\/schiff-sham-show-and-witless-witnesses\/","title":{"rendered":"Schiff Sham Show And Witless Witnesses"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Unless you have the IQ of a pencil neck pimple on Adam Schiff or a Jerrold Nadler fat cell, you have to admit the first day of Schiff&#8217;s Super Shameful Sham Show was an embarrassing waste of time and taxpayer dollars.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-4790\" src=\"http:\/\/www.deanriffs.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/11\/Impeachment-300x169.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"450\" height=\"253\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.deanriffs.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/11\/Impeachment-300x169.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.deanriffs.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/11\/Impeachment.jpg 660w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 450px) 100vw, 450px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>After listening to Shifty Schiff&#8217;s pair of star chamber witnesses drone on about hearsay and gossip, we were left with some interesting conclusions:<\/p>\n<p>1) <strong>The only evidence Schiff&#8217;s witless witnesses provided was<\/strong> secondhand and third-hand sources and for all we know, came from a Capitol Hill barber and Schiff third cousin twice removed who wears a hearing aid and who has a septuagenarian crush on Nancy Botoxi.<\/p>\n<p>2) <strong>At least some Democrats <\/strong>believe that hearsay can be better than real evidence.<\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align: center;\"><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/9dOhTmesmu4\" width=\"768\" height=\"432\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/div>\n<p>Let&#8217;s test that theory by the moron who said it out loud &#8211; Democrat Illinois Representative Mike Quigley.\u00a0 Hey, Mike &#8211; I heard someone I know tell someone I don&#8217;t know that you filch money from the offering plate at church and wear a teddy to bed every night.<\/p>\n<p>Prove me wrong, Mike &#8211; go ahead.\u00a0 We&#8217;ll wait while you reconsider your <a href=\"http:\/\/www.deanriffs.com\/index.php\/2019\/04\/26\/democrats-say-the-darnedest-things\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">stupid comment<\/span><\/strong><\/a> that rumor and innuendo are better than factual evidence while arguing your innocence.<\/p>\n<p>3) <strong>People make mistakes, says star witness\u00a0 <\/strong>Check out this exchange between U.S. Attorney to Ukraine William Taylor and Republican Ohio Representative Mike Turner:<\/p>\n<p>\u201c<em>Mr. Turner, I am here to tell you what I know. I\u2019m not going to tell you anything I don\u2019t know. I\u2019m going to tell you what I do know. That\u2019s exactly why I\u2019m here.\u201d\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Turner pressed: \u201c<em>But since you learned it from others, you could be wrong. Correc<\/em>t?\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Taylor: \u201c<em>I am telling you what I heard them tell me<\/em>.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Turner: \u201c<em>Or they could be wrong, or they could be mistaken, or they could have heard it incorrectly. Right, Ambassador Taylor?<\/em>\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Taylor: \u201c<em>People make mistakes<\/em>.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>So it&#8217;s a &#8220;mistake&#8221; when a Democrat relays as gospel hearsay about eavesdropping on a Commander-in-Chief&#8217;s phone,\u00a0 but it&#8217;s an <a href=\"http:\/\/www.deanriffs.com\/index.php\/2019\/10\/04\/new-reasons-to-impeach-the-president\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">impeachable offense<\/span><\/strong><\/a> if a Republican president asks a foreign leader to help the U.S. weed out corruption costing taxpayers millions of dollars.<\/p>\n<p>Well, that&#8217;s fair.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-medium wp-image-4800\" src=\"http:\/\/www.deanriffs.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/11\/Schiff-Selfie-298x300.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"298\" height=\"300\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.deanriffs.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/11\/Schiff-Selfie-298x300.jpg 298w, https:\/\/www.deanriffs.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/11\/Schiff-Selfie-150x150.jpg 150w, https:\/\/www.deanriffs.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/11\/Schiff-Selfie-768x774.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.deanriffs.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/11\/Schiff-Selfie.jpg 1006w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 298px) 100vw, 298px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>4) <strong>Quid pro quo isn&#8217;t illegal &#8211; just like collusion<\/strong>.\u00a0 Are Democrats arguing that giving millions of dollars to foreign countries doesn&#8217;t entitle the Commander-in-Chief to ask for anything in return or earmark the money for specific purposes:\u00a0 food, medicine, free elections, etc? Weeding out corruption?<\/p>\n<p>What about this:\u00a0 when a politician is given campaign money by a lobbyist, are we to believe that no <a href=\"http:\/\/www.deanriffs.com\/index.php\/2019\/03\/04\/a-new-low-dems-support-infanticide\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">quid pro quo<\/span><\/strong><\/a> takes place and the lobbyist is donating money just because the politician is so doggone patriotic and lovable?<\/p>\n<p>Quid pro quo seems to be a one-way street.\u00a0 Schiff &amp; Co seem to have no problem with Hunter Biden collecting $50,000 a month from a Ukrainian energy firm while his dad was Vice-President and oversaw Obama&#8217;s Ukraine policy, but they have a problem with the President of the United States asking the newly elected president of Ukraine for his help in investigating election interference in our 2016 presidential election?<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-medium wp-image-4803\" src=\"http:\/\/www.deanriffs.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/11\/Schiff-Clowns-300x300.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"300\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.deanriffs.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/11\/Schiff-Clowns-300x300.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.deanriffs.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/11\/Schiff-Clowns-150x150.jpg 150w, https:\/\/www.deanriffs.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/11\/Schiff-Clowns.jpg 500w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Prediction: Democrats will soon learn that Americans don&#8217;t give a schiff about impeaching the president.<\/p>\n<p>The entire party will be schiffing bricks when they realize that Schiff has led them up Schiff creek without a paddle &#8211; and just in time for the release of the Horowitz report and indictments for the coup plotters who are using a faux impeachment to distract from the real crimes that were committed.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Thanks for reading Dean Riffs.
